The roles involve completing daily tasks of loading bulk products under the supervision of shift supervisors at the supply chain distribution center, ensuring safe and efficient work. Main responsibilities: Operate the loading machinery, equipment, and other hardware at the loading station in accordance with the operation manuals and instructions provided by the shift supervisor/central control room of the facility ; · Work in coordination with the shift supervisor/central control room of the facility to take action in case of abnormal situations; assist the operators in the central control room; participate in inspection tasks when required; ensure accurate handover to the next shift; fully understand the facility’s SHE regulations as well as quality control/quality assurance standards, and apply them in daily operations to ensure safety and quality in production; report any SHE-related issues or defects to the shift supervisor and take immediate action where possible; supervise external personnel regarding SHE matters; maintain a clean and tidy working environment at the loading station.**Requirements:**
A college degree or higher, in a chemical-related field; 1–2 years of on-site experience in the petrochemical industry, such as as a facility operator; knowledge and skills related to chemicals.
**Position:** Deputy Shift Supervisor, Logistics
**Purpose:** Under the guidance of the logistics department supervisor, this role involves coordinating and carrying out daily tasks related to logistics operations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Support the logistics center supervisor in managing the team of service providers at the distribution center; assist the supervisor in effectively managing daily operations at the site; prepare shipping documents and handle document exchanges with logistics drivers; oversee daily operations at the distribution center, such as filling containers, operating forklifts, loading/unloading goods, etc.; ensure accurate handover to the next shift; organize and participate in bulk loading/filling container operations according to shipping plans; implement 6S, QM, and EHS/TDS practices; operate the SAP system; train service provider staff and supervise their daily work.
**Requirements:**
A college degree or higher, in a chemical-related field; at least 3 years of on-site experience in logistics or chemical facilities, such as as a shift supervisor; knowledge and skills related to logistics.
