The pipeline purging is nearly complete, and the subsequent work will become increasingly complex. On the first day of work, others showed me how to do things. I’ve also done some tasks on my own, but later I realized that there were some things that hadn’t been considered properly, so the team leader still didn’t feel comfortable letting me work alone. In technology, one must learn the standards ； In interpersonal relationships, it takes 50% effort and 50% promotion. Technically speaking, at present it’s just done in a practical manner; there is little focus on any standards involved.
