Thank you all for your contributions and efforts to the development of the region and the forum! Summary of work in the leisure section for June: In June, the events related to tourism and cuisine were completed, and I appreciate all the moderators for working together to select the best entries. The sports section has been a bit quiet this month; the moderators can think of some activities to boost its development. Two new members joined the region this month. ltldln123, Llawliet ； I hope the two moderators can work closely with the other moderators to manage the leisure area well. Moderators who are rated as excellent for three consecutive months can apply for the Excellent Moderator Medal (the application is made by the supervisor). Plans for this month: I will try to find time in my busy schedule to focus on managing the forum. Simplify the salary table by adding a part-time section column and removing the empty rows for part-time positions; this will make it look better. Initially, due to regional events and a shortage of moderators, there were many part-time roles, so it’s possible to reduce the number of moderators working part-time, while keeping 4–5 moderators in the popular sections. Each moderator can handle up to two forums part-time; you come up with a plan. We are continuously recruiting moderators; enthusiastic forum members are encouraged to get in touch. Help to organize event evaluations for the food and travel sections, and identify new topics and activities to ensure that the travel section doesn’t become inactive once the events are over. Pay special attention to the sections where casual posts are made – such posts should not be allowed at the moment, and they need to be moved elsewhere promptly
You’ve worked hard. Participate in management in your free time, without affecting your work.
