When working in confined spaces, the following safety requirements must be followed: 1. There should be no obstacles inside and outside the entrances and exits of the confined space, to ensure unobstructed access for personnel to enter and exit as well as for emergency evacuation. 2. The work site should be equipped with a sufficient number of compliant life-saving devices and fire-fighting equipment. 3. During the operation, regular monitoring should be carried out; if any abnormalities are detected, the operation must be stopped immediately and personnel evacuated. The site must be dealt with accordingly, and sampling and analysis must show satisfactory results before the operation can resume. 4. Ensure electrical safety during work in confined spaces (1) The lighting voltage in confined spaces should be less than or equal to 36V; in humid or narrow containers, the voltage should be less than or equal to 12V. (2) When using hand-held power tools with voltages exceeding the safe level or carrying out welding work, a leakage protector should be installed. In a wet container, the workers should stand on insulating pads, while ensuring that the metal container is properly grounded. 5. Winches, cranes, and similar equipment must not be used to transport workers into confined spaces for work. 6. Items unrelated to the work are not allowed to be brought; any tools or materials brought must be registered, and it is prohibited to throw materials, tools, or other items during the work. 7. Where there is multi-type and multi-level cross-operation, measures should be taken to prevent harm to one another. 8. The work area must have sufficient lighting. 9. When entering confined spaces, tasks such as working at heights or performing welding are required; it is necessary to obtain the necessary work permits in accordance with relevant regulations. 10. For confined space operations that are difficult, require heavy physical effort, and take a long time, shift work should be adopted. 11. After the work is completed, the unit where the confined space is located and the unit carrying out the work shall jointly inspect the inside and outside of the confined space; it can only be sealed up after confirming that there are no issues
