For papers and publications: During the current position, one must have published or authored papers of high quality in the relevant field (as the first author) or books (as a key contributor), meeting one of the following conditions: (1) Having published 1 book and 1 paper in a professional journal at the provincial level or above. Educational background and experience: Meet one of the following conditions: (1) Hold a master’s degree and have been engaged in professional technical work for more than 3 years. (2) Having graduated from a graduate program or obtained a dual bachelor’s degree, acquired the qualification of assistant engineer, and held the position of assistant engineer for more than 3 years. (3) Have graduated from a university with a bachelor’s degree, obtained the qualification of assistant engineer, and held the position of assistant engineer for more than 4 years. (4) Graduated from a junior college, obtained the qualification of assistant engineer, and has held the position of assistant engineer for more than 5 years. (5) Graduated from a secondary vocational school, with over 20 years of experience in professional technical work; obtained the title of assistant engineer, and has held this position for more than 5 years. (6) Although lacking the above educational qualifications, having obtained the title of assistant engineer and held such position for more than 5 years ； Or possess the above educational qualifications, obtain the qualification of assistant engineer, and have held the position of assistant engineer for more than 3 years.
