Sludge flocculation breakdown, excessive suspended solids in the effluent – what is the effect of using activated carbon to aid sedimentation? Which one is more effective compared to adding PAC?
I’ve never seen this before, but does powdered activated carbon have a good sedimentation effect? If polyaluminum does not work well, you can try polyiron; you can first conduct some experiments in beakers to see.
Powdered activated carbon does not settle easily, so it is recommended to use an appropriate flocculant. Using activated carbon works well for removing organic matter.
It seems this has already become a kind of craft. Has anyone created something like this that they could share?
