Temperature of circulating water in lithium bromide chiller

Our company has newly purchased a lithium bromide chiller. During the testing phase, we were informed that the temperature of the circulating water was too high, preventing testing from taking place. The temperature of our company’s circulating water is between 32 and 34 degrees. Is such a temperature acceptable?
