The existing circulating water control valve is a butterfly valve, and the actuator used is from Siemens. The pressure of the fluid in the pipeline is 0.5 MPa; when trying to adjust the opening degree, the valve moves back and forth in search of the set value, with a very large amplitude of movement. Once the pressure in the pipeline is reduced, the valve operates normally. I’m not sure if this is due to excessive pressure; I hope experts can help analyze this issue
You must be referring to two-way control; I suggest you adjust the PID parameters of the control valve and compare the observed conditions with the valve opening degree! First switch to manual control, and then switch to automatic control once stability is achieved
The control valve is used to re-calibrate the positioner under pressurized conditions. It is best to initialize the locator first, then set the relevant parameters, and proceed with automatic verification once that is done.
