However, it is difficult to export urea from Xinjiang due to low prices; in the short term, the supply available in regions such as Shanxi and Henan will be limited. Moreover, given the high cost of urea, production rates remain low. As a result, the official export prices in areas such as Shandong, the two river regions, Shanxi, and Shaanxi continue to rise. The standard export price has increased by 20 yuan per ton, reaching 1220–1230 yuan, while prices for larger orders are slightly lower. The ex-factory price for sales within Shaanxi has risen to around 1220 yuan, while the ex-factory price for exports is usually between 1170 and 1180 yuan. The prevailing ex-factory prices in Inner Mongolia remain stable at 1,060–1,180 yuan, while the delivery price to destinations in the Northeast is 1,280–1,300 yuan; larger orders enjoy a discount of 30 yuan. Regarding large-grain urea, manufacturers have many pending orders; the mainstream selling price in Shandong has increased by 20–40 yuan, reaching around 1,280 yuan ； The mainstream ex-factory prices in Jiangsu have risen by 20 yuan to around 1,330 yuan, with transaction prices being slightly lower ； The ex-plant price from a large factory in Inner Mongolia has increased by 80 yuan ； DaChang in Heilongjiang plans to raise the arrival price by 100 yuan. Overall, the overall operating rate of urea production remains low. Given the already high cost pressures associated with urea, any decline in prices in the future is likely to be modest. Some large agrochemical companies have been stockpiling urea at low prices recently, so the amount of urea available on the market in the short term will be limited. It is expected that prices in areas where sales are performing better will continue to rise. However, as it is a slow season for demand domestically, manufacturers in Inner Mongolia will resume production gradually from the latter part of this month, which will increase the supply of urea; at that time, prices may decline in a moderate and reasonable manner.
