How to start the OPSBL block of CS3000

In the CS3000 system, there is only one block named OPSBL in the program; scripts are written within this block, but they never get executed. It was later found that the block remains in STOP mode, and when trying to switch it to RUN mode, a \"communication err\" error appears. I can’t manage to switch successfully; I’m not sure if there’s something that needs to be set on one side or the other. I’m asking for help from forum members, thank you
If you simply want to use scripts to implement certain functions, it is recommended to use SFC blocks directly, unless you are performing batch control.
Can SFC blocks use SEBOL scripts?
