Seeking help with Schneider PLC

:'(:'( Since the electrician cut off the power without contacting us, after the Schneider PLC was turned on, the computer could only be used for monitoring rather than for performing any operations. We use Concept and Visual Architect software! ! I need experts to help me figure out how to solve this! :call::call:
Re-login with operator privileges is required to proceed
Log in there; we searched for ages but couldn’t find it, and it just kept repeating the installation process :(
Call the manufacturer; it’s impossible that there are no technical staff from the manufacturer to provide support
