Why is the trend adjustment slow on the Yokogawa CS3000 operator station? Now, each call to retrieve trends takes 60 seconds, while other operations can be completed in just a few seconds. There is plenty of free space on the computer’s hard drive. For some reason?
Where is the trend storage path for the CS3000 operator station? Thank you
For unified management, in many cases, there is a historical data collection station, and the data from other operation stations refer to this historical trend station!
Generally, the long-term trends are read from the engineer station; if there are too many operation stations, it gets stuck – try restarting the switch. Another approach is to add a long-term trend to the control station, with some of the control stations reading this long-term trend from those that have it. Thirdly, if each unit has more than two operation stations, configure each unit to retain only one operation station for reading from the engineer station, while keeping the others for short-term trends. The operator looks at the long-term trend and then checks this one.
Thank you very much for the answer from the 4th floor! ! :)
Do you refer to the trends from the engineer station at other operation stations? Just modify the save address for the long-term trend file again, and that’s it!
Downloading the long-term trend of HIS0164 to the operation station worked normally. :):lol:lol
