bg9.png The Safety Production Month is well-known to everyone, but as enterprises, they should carry out relevant activities based on their own actual circumstances. For example, setting aside one theme month each month could be a direction for the development of safety production practices. The following content is for reference only: January: Month for improving systems and operating procedures; Learn about safety production regulations and rules ； Employees in the position are familiar with safety production regulations and abide by them ； Complete the revision of rules and regulations ； Organize employees in relevant positions to conduct cyclic inspections (JCC) to identify shortcomings in the procedures, and improve the existing operating procedures. February: Safety Education and Training Awareness Month “Conduct studies on the Work Safety Law, the Environmental Protection Law, and related standards”* ； Firmly establish the concept of safe development: the ideas of maintaining order in accordance with the law and protecting the environment ； Organize various departments to conduct self-inspections of employees’ qualifications, production sites, offices, and dormitories; address any issues identified and take corrective actions to fully implement safety production policies and relevant laws and regulations. March: Safety Standardization Month – Organize employees to study operational standards and identify unsafe behaviors among on-site workers ； By creation, achieve the Level 1/2/3 standards for safe production standardization ； Formulate a plan for achieving the required standards in terms of safety normalization; organize assessments of employees’ skill levels to ensure that they are matched with the tasks required of them. April: Emergency Rescue Month – prepare materials for emergency drills, as well as rescue supplies and equipment. Based on the specific circumstances of the company, relevant emergency drill activities are carried out, such as rescue operations for electrical fires, personal injuries, and mechanical accidents ； Enhance the safety awareness of all employees and improve their ability to carry out emergency rescue in the event of incidents. May: Month for Identifying and Addressing Safety Hazards. A team for identifying safety hazards is established. Tasks: 1) Identify major non-compliance issues related to pollution, electrical systems, compressed air, and rotating equipment ； (2) Formulate a clear rectification plan and carry out the necessary corrections: conduct inspections for safety hazards in the factory premises, dormitories, and equipment, analyze the problems identified systematically, and address them promptly. Employees are encouraged to report any safety hazards they notice. June: Safety Production Month – promotional banners are displayed throughout the factory, and slogans are created around the theme of this month to raise employees’ awareness of preventing high-risk situations (e.g., “Strengthen the rule-of-law mindset to ensure safe production”). The development of a safety culture helps to enhance awareness, establish clear boundaries, and guide operational activities. Develop a set of safety warning display boards that use visual images and examples of high-risk accidents to provide educational warnings to employees, thereby enhancing their sense of responsibility for safety and preventing the recurrence of similar accidents, with the aim of using these lessons from accidents to improve safety practices. Carry out environmental protection activities among all employees, inspect key areas of environmental pollution within the company, and provide training to raise employees’ awareness of environmental protection. Conduct an inspection to check the usage of water and electricity in the living and office areas of the relevant departments, as well as the condition of fire-fighting equipment. July: PPE Self-Inspection Month – Check whether each department has provided protective equipment as required ； Check whether the personal protective equipment is qualified and meets **standards ； Prevent employees from failing to wear protective equipment as required ； Improve employees’ ability to conduct self-inspections regarding the standardized provision of personal protective equipment. August: Electrical Safety Month – Relevant professionals are organized to carry out a thorough inspection of distribution cabinets, electrical appliances, power tools, pneumatic tools, as well as various large-scale equipment in all departments ； Conduct a thorough inspection of the company’s natural gas, gas cylinders, and other electrical-related tools and equipment to ensure everything is in order. Organize employees to learn the basic knowledge of electrical circuit maintenance and conduct practical training. September: Special equipment registration month – Conduct a count of the special equipment owned, as well as of the personnel who operate it, and maintain records to ensure the safety of both these operators and the special equipment itself ； Conduct risk assessment for special equipment ； Organize relevant trainers to conduct training for special operations. October: Fire Protection Equipment Maintenance Month – Employees are trained on the maintenance procedures for fire protection equipment as well as its usage procedures: (1) identifying the safe operating range of such equipment and its efficiency; (2) ensuring that it can function promptly in case of emergencies, thereby minimizing losses to people and property. Effective maintenance and care of all types of fire protection equipment are carried out to keep them in optimal working condition. November: Occupational Health and Safety Month – Employees receive training on the concept of \"simultaneous implementation of three aspects\" in occupational health and on how to prevent occupational diseases ； Employees understand the importance of occupational health for their own health ； Conduct risk assessment of job positions and establish corresponding measures to prevent occupational diseases ； Inspect the occupational health examinations of relevant personnel in the company. December: Summary Month – A time to assess the activities, progress, implementation, and outcomes related to the safety month initiatives carried out in November, in order to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Looking ahead to next year’s work, based on the achievements of this year, we will formulate practical safety plans with high standards and strict requirements.
