Mix of toluene and ethanol: content issue!

I mixed toluene and ethanol in a volume ratio of 95% to 5%, but according to the gas chromatography analysis, the toluene concentration was 97% while the ethanol concentration was 2.8%. Please help me figure this out~~
The alcohol must have evaporated during blending; one can imagine just how quickly 100% alcohol evaporates.
Does it evaporate that quickly? The samples I prepared in the laboratory~ and the 40-ton mixture formulated in the storage tank gave identical test results~~~
To be specific, the purity of ethanol and the purity of toluene are needed in order to make the conversion
1. Calculate the correction factors for each component using standard reagents； 2. Calculate the mass content, apply the correction factor, and it should be fine
