For pipes with insulation material, how should pipe clamps be installed?

Does it mean that the pipe clamp is directly wrapped in insulation material/?
Just pick them up together, but they need to be slightly trimmed
The pipe clamp is used to hold the pipe in place; the insulation material is placed on the outside, and the protruding parts need to be dealt with so that everything is properly covered
