Can instrument signal wires and flammable liquid pipelines be on the same pipe rack?

Most of the instrument trays in chemical processing units are laid together with the pipe racks. I wonder if there are any standards to follow.
I haven’t seen any guidelines, but it seems best to keep them separate, because if gas leaks into the instrumentation pipelines, static electricity could also generate sparks

Typically, process pipelines are arranged on the lower layer of the pipe rack, while utility pipelines are arranged on the upper layer. If there is space on the upper level to install instrument trays and cable trays, or if an additional layer of instrument cable trays can be installed above the pipes, a clear distance of 1 meter should be maintained between the two.
It seems that the design in our factory doesn’t include any separation layers; the process pipelines and cable trays are placed right next to each other :P:)
