GB50183 requires the installation of static electricity elimination devices outside the pump room; it is not clear whether such devices are also required inside the pump house.
An electrostatic discharge device also needs to be installed
This is usually accomplished by having a person enter the device’s area to discharge static electricity from their body. As it is often at the entrance of the sloping ladder.

It’s clearly a pump room here; I’m not sure if a pump shed is also needed
Installation is required for all outdoor equipment areas; the pump house, being a semi-outdoor equipment area, also needs to be installed.
