Work experience in B-class boiler manufacturing enterprises for five years or more ； 3. At least five years of independent experience in boiler design and development (design of steam and hot water boilers with a capacity of 20 tons or less, operating on biomass pellets, gas, fuel oil, or coal); extensive experience with biomass boilers is required ； 4. Proficient in hydrodynamics, smoke and wind resistance, boiler thermodynamics, and strength calculations ； 5. Familiar with boiler design standards ； 6. Possess solid professional knowledge and strong communication skills; be proactive in work, have a meticulous work attitude, and a high sense of responsibility ； 7. Able to respond promptly to and complete the tasks and issues assigned by leadership as well as the front-line departments (Sales Department, After-Sales Department) ； 8. Able to respond promptly to the research, development, and design of new products and offer constructive suggestions ； 9. Possesses a strong spirit of teamwork. Job Description and Qualifications for Boiler Process Design: 1. A college degree or above, with a graduation in boiler engineering/thermal power engineering/mechanical engineering； 2. Work experience in B-class boiler manufacturing enterprises for three years or more ； 3. Three years or more of independent experience in boiler process design and development (for steam and hot water boilers of 20t and below) ； 4. Be able to establish a process quality control system in accordance with current standards and regulations, take full responsibility for the entire planning process of the boiler manufacturing process, and coordinate the interactions among the technical department, production department, and quality inspection department to ensure that all control aspects related to the boiler are properly managed. Identify control elements and control points, and monitor the implementation of these control elements and points. 5. Organize the preparation of product process documents, review process plans, process guidelines, and process changes; be responsible for ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and consistency; supervise the implementation of these processes by various departments and relevant personnel, and organize inspections to ensure compliance with process regulations ； 6. Review the work tool design specifications and complex designs for work fixtures; be responsible for the suitability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of these fixtures, and provide suggestions for improving the production process ； 7. Organize the promotion of process standards, provide instructions on the manufacturing processes for special products, and address and prevent any actions that violate these process regulations. 8. Responsible for organizing professional training for process engineers and overseeing process quality ； 9. Familiar with domestic and international boiler design standards ； 10.
