How to draw a construction progress curve? There are two curves in a table: one is the planned progress curve, and the other is the actual progress curve. I hope someone with more experience can give me some advice.
Simply put: Use EXCEL to list numbers in two rows. The first row contains the planned values, that is, the completion rate (%)， workload, volume of work, or corresponding figures that need to be achieved on a weekly (daily, monthly) basis. The second row contains the actual values achieved. Use Excel’s menu “Insert”----“2-D Line Chart” to display the progress curve you need.
For a more advanced version, another row of values can be displayed, namely: the dynamically adjusted predicted value. In this way, a planned progress curve, an actual progress curve, and a predicted progress curve together form the banana curve used for analyzing project progress control.
