Our company currently has fixed-bed gas generation furnaces for measuring the oxygen content at the outlet. The sample gas contains a lot of dust and water from the furnace, and conventional preprocessing methods such as water washing, calcium chloride treatment, and silica gel treatment do not yield satisfactory results. The chemicals used in these treatments need to be replaced daily, which increases the maintenance workload. We are now using a preprocessing system equipped with a filter element; the gas processed in this way is relatively clean. However, after about a week, a lot of substances accumulate on the outer surface of the filter element, which affects the flow rate of gas and makes cleaning difficult. The outlet pressure of the coal gas system is relatively high, above 4 MPa, with a temperature of 300+ degrees. A buffer tank has been installed at the pipeline outlet to regularly remove water and dust, which results in a certain degree of reaction lag. I would like to ask: regarding the pretreatment systems for analyzers in the above two types of environments, are there any companies that perform well in this area? I’m trying to learn more about it.
How do you relieve stress? Is it easy for the sampling port to get clogged? I’m also looking for a good pretreatment solution at the moment. I just can’t find it.
The pipe diameter is reduced, and multi-stage ball valves are used for pressure reduction; however, the problem of latency is unavoidable, and it takes a long time
