Explore measures for dealing with compressor leakage points

The sealing of the extended portion of the embedded thermocouple in the cyclic hydrogen compressor (where the extension cable emerges from the hole in the upper or lower end cover) is always a problem; it’s really frustrating. Do you have any solutions? What brand of sealant do you usually use?
This is largely related to the material of the selected gasket
Originally, the equipment was equipped with sealing rings, but every time it was taken apart for maintenance, those sealing rings got damaged. The sealing rings I made myself didn’t work either; when things really got bad, I used some oil-resistant glue, but there was still some leakage, so I kept having to use an oil tray
It seems that everyone knows where the root of the problem lies; it’s best to address it at its source. Instead of dealing with the symptoms later on, it’s better to solve the problem fundamentally, right?
This needs to be done in a manner similar to sealed glands; we have modified it, and the result is excellent!
