There are many reasons for stopping the pump; is it certain that it is related to interlock conditions and interlock actions?

There are several reasons for the pump stopping here: interlocks in the SIS; BPCS in DCS; overload protection in electrical systems. For reference only.
Ask if the electrical equipment has overload and underload protection~
Because every time the pump shutdown alarm occurs, it’s due to the liquid level iop, but the interlock for the liquid level has been disabled
IOP, then you must be using Yokogawa’s DCS there. Are you doing the interlocking through .ALRM, or through RL comparison blocks? I suggest you upload a screenshot of the specific logic of lc64.
It is recommended to start looking for the cause from the electrical side, to trace it back to its origin, by checking each part one by one
There is no DCS interlock, but the pump still stops – was it an overcurrent? You can check the operating conditions and the pump itself
It is recommended to view the program online via DCS! I don’t know which company’s DCS it is! Watch online: Is the motor stopping caused by a low liquid level of 1? ! Otherwise, find some other reason!
Hehe, from my experience: when there are RS flip-flops in the program and the program isn’t complete, it leads to a situation where R=0 and S=0, which in turn triggers something automatically
