Why reuse it? It is not recommended. For this temperature condition, there are two approaches for sealing: the conventional method uses metal gaskets or self-sealing metal gaskets. This sealing approach is relatively reliable in terms of protecting the flange and facilitating subsequent maintenance, but it does not require high standards regarding the surface quality of the flange nor a high level of safety. It is recommended to use toothed gaskets and thermalulite facings, which offer high temperature resistance, require less bolt tension, and provide excellent sealing performance. There are many successful applications of these in reforming projects; I hope we will have the opportunity for further discussion.

This medium is a solid material, right? With such a large diameter, it’s hard to find any gasket that will work, let alone using them repeatedly! It is recommended to use a gasket-free seal (low pressure, no risk of leakage)
