Our company needs to carry out sandblasting treatment on the inner walls of the storage tanks to prevent corrosion. There are several options available: 1. Fiberglass, 2. Epoxy conductive coating; 3 Water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer. The materials stored are styrene, vinyl acetate, etc., which have strong solubility; it is likely that fiberglass and epoxy coatings will be dissolved, thereby contaminating the materials (this is just a guess). Inorganic zinc-rich paints, on the other hand, should have no problem with solubility. But a floating disk needs to be installed inside the storage tank; could friction between it and the surface cause the paint to wear off, given that inorganic paint is relatively brittle? Others say that zinc powder will also gradually fall off and dissolve into the material. Which of these options is more reasonable? Or are there any better options? Please recommend some, expert. PO and PE are resin materials that do not generate static electricity. Please add QQ for specific communication.
