The net profits from oil refining and the chemical industry are very low; the situation is not good...
Failure to pay salaries, layoffs, and delays in payment for construction work are everywhere

It seems to be a general trend – all industries are in a poor state.
Coking is very profitable these days, except for state-owned enterprises, whose efficiency is too low. The chemical industry should rise as a result; it’s doing well in the short term, but not so much in the long run. No one can go ahead and see for themselves whether it’s good or not – everyone has their own opinion on this
The chemical industry as a whole is in a poor state: many domestic manufacturers are seeing a decrease in orders, design firms are facing fewer projects and layoffs, and so on. It’s not as good as it was in previous years by far. It’s hard to say exactly when this low period will end.
