Operating principle of the stepless speed control for the new hydrogen compressor, and how to operate it. The device has just been installed, so I need to learn about it as quickly as possible. The original load levels were only 25, 50, 75, and 100; with continuous variable speed control, the load required for production can be adjusted as needed
On-site inspection: 1) Check the level of hydraulic oil in the tank. 2) Check the indicators on the filters, including both the inlet filter and the return filter; a green color indicates normal operation, while a red color signals that the filter needs to be replaced. 3) Inspect the hydraulic oil pipes – make sure that the inlet pipe and the return pipe are connected correctly. During major repairs, it is recommended to consult us for maintenance purposes. 4) Listen to the sounds produced by the compressor’s valves and actuators; check to ensure that there is no air leakage from the valve caps. 5) Check whether there is any oil leakage from the actuators. 6) Check the level of liquid in the oil collection container; generally, there should be very little liquid there.
The main functions of the HydroCOM system: In line with the operating requirements of compressors, the HydroCOM system enables stepless adjustment of air volume across a range of 0-100% compressor load. Considering the impact of gas backflow on temperature rise, it is recommended that the compressor operate automatically at a load level above the minimum load (as determined by Hölbig’s calculations, typically around 30%) for an extended period of time ; Automatically control the pressure between compressor stages to maintain the normal pressure ratio across all stages of the machine ; Through the design of the control logic, in the event of a failure within the HydroCOM system, it can be automatically disconnected; the original control system then takes over control tasks, the bypass valve opens, and the compressor operates at 100% load ; It enables smooth startup, loading, switching of the compressor, and shutdown at 0 load ; Through control logic design, HydroCOM can provide functions for manual operation, automatic operation, and system shutdown.
