To control the flash point of diesel, we have reduced the temperature at the top of the distillation tower from 110 degrees to around 105 degrees. However, as some water remains in the distillation tower, this can easily cause fluctuations in the liquid level in the diesel tank. It is also difficult to control the properties of diesel at 95 degrees; furthermore, the temperature distribution at various points related to light waxes and intermediate stages has decreased. Does anyone have any effective methods to lower the flash point of diesel?

Reduce the amount of stripping steam, lower the temperature at the exit of the heating furnace, reduce the top temperature of the tower, and increase the tower pressure appropriately
