Please provide two startup plans for hydrocracking units?

Our company has newly installed a 1.8 million-ton hydrocracking unit (designed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences), which features two stages of hydrocracking: the first stage is for hydrogenation pretreatment, while the second stage is for actual hydrocracking. We are seeking a startup plan for a similar unit.

It is recommended to start with diesel, and then switch to wax oil
One separate cycle for stage 1, one separate cycle for stage 2, a separate cycle for distillation, and a separate cycle for absorption stabilization. Then, stage 1 feeds into stage 2, stage 2 feeds into the distillation unit; the distillation process is operated in bypass mode, after which the wax oil is switched over, and the temperature in the cracking stage is increased
