Is there still room for development in the process calculations for unit operations? For example, is there room to apply analytical methods to optimize the process calculations for unit operations, and could that lead to a higher salary?

Things are always in a state of development; many unit operations have numerous influencing factors in addition to their basic theories, and we often use coefficients for correction. Computers are developing rapidly these days, and simulation computing is advancing by leaps and bounds. It’s just a matter of whether to do the work or not.
