How can we achieve win-win cooperation with the forum to improve together? Hello, all moderators and technicians, as well as our dear colleagues who work hard in silence! Silent dedication is an excellent quality passed down to us by wave after wave of moderators and technicians at Haichuan! However, in this materialistic world, especially with the sluggish environment in the chemical industry, we still need to make a living. Quiet dedication gave way to the need to support a family, and many moderators and technicians left their positions. Is there really no reward for effort? As a moderator technician, what have you gained from the Haichuan Chemicals Forum? Knowledge? Friends? Respect from others? Whenever chemical industry issues are mentioned, HaiChuan comes to mind right away. I believe you would feel truly proud to know that your contribution has played a role in the development of HaiChuan! If you haven’t gotten it, it means you don’t love deeply enough or haven’t given enough. I met many experts at HaiChuan – some with rich theoretical knowledge, others with practical experience – and I learned a lot from them. Unfortunately, I haven’t yet summarized what I’ve learned. Well, our efforts will eventually pay off! Used to work at the Haichuan Chemicals Forum,
Haichuan was my mentor in the field of chemistry. I’m not majoring in chemical engineering. After starting work, by downloading materials and exchanging information from Haichuan, I prepared the first plant commissioning plan of my career. It covered aspects such as production preparation, the three checks and four confirmations, pipeline pressure testing, purging, airtightness testing… as well as feeding procedures and emergency shutdown plans. To this day, it remains a model for technical personnel in our company’s various plants to use when preparing similar plans. So I am grateful to Haichuan; I will continue to work hard, as Haichuan has become an integral part of my work.
I registered on Haichuan right after participating in the practical training, and it’s been 4 years now. Basically, all the problems I encounter at work are solved here. Watching the moderators of various sections change over time, I can see that the chemical industry is gradually entering a tough period, but I don’t think the future is bleak； Could HaiChuan adopt a model similar to Zhihu, by releasing a magazine every week that compiles the best answers from various sections? ； Of course, Zhihu has received a lot of funding, but HaiChuan can cooperate with other companies to distribute part of the advertising costs for manufacturers who need promotion among editors and moderators – not much, just as a small incentive.
I hope that the path for HaiChuan will continue to broaden, and I also hope that we can improve our professional skills through various means in order to be able to respond to all inquiries. Each region should have professional experts who oversee things; if there are problems that cannot be resolved, or if a post remains unanswered for a long time with no one responding, then it’s pointless for the technical staff and managers in that area to remain silent. :victory::victory:
8 years ago, I picked up up-to-date professional knowledge that had been neglected for over 6 years at Haichuan, and quickly integrated into the engineering projects at that time. Over these 8 years, I have acquired a large number of professional books and technical materials, made many good online friends, and received quite a few souvenirs. Haichuan is a website I definitely visit. Thank you, Haichuan. As long as life goes on, Haichuan will continue!
Sometimes, when searching online for answers, one can find them in HaiChuan; however, those answers aren’t very good – they are just simple discussions based on experience. I hope that we can work together to improve everyone’s practical ability to solve problems, and that more people will share their own experiences in dealing with issues, rather than providing only superficial solutions that are quite simple.:victory::victory:
