I plan to take the exam for the Level 2 Construction Engineer qualification next year, and I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced. It will be my third year at work next year, and I want to obtain this qualification. I majored in instrumentation, so I need to apply for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering category. The question now is: what materials, textbooks, books, and summaries are required? Also, the exam syllabus for the second-level construction engineer qualification exam changes every year. I’d like to know what the main topics covered in the exam are. I hope those who have taken this exam can offer some advice. Thank you!
Buy books to read; bookstores have books specifically designed for the Second-Level Constructor exam, those issued by the Ministry of Construction. There are also many video course materials available online, which are very useful as well!
What I’m looking for are books specifically focused on the definitions and concepts related to the Level 2 construction engineer exam. For now, these are the only books I can use. Also, I was wondering if you, who have already passed the Level 2 exam, could give me some advice on what to focus on. For example, when reading those books, I don’t want to study blindly. Thank you!
I’ve been working for three years now, yet I still think like a student; who will highlight the key points for me once I’m in society? Flip through the textbooks for the three subjects to get an idea of what’s covered, then buy past exam papers and work through those from the past five years, aiming to understand 80% of the questions so you know where the key points lie. As long as nothing goes wrong during the exam, you should be able to pass the second-level constructor exam; it’s considered relatively easy. The time required for preparation varies from person to person, so it’s not very useful to rely on others’ preparation times
