The pressure of the fuel gas entering the incinerator fluctuates due to the influence of upstream equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in furnace temperature. Is there any good solution? There should be a fuel gas tank before the fuel gas enters the furnace; in cases of large fluctuations upstream, it can be switched to manual control, and careful attention should be paid to the adjustments. Actually, the best approach is to contact the upstream equipment and have them regulate the fuel gas pressure properly; that is the fundamental solution
Try adjusting the PID of the control valve to see if that improves things.
Can a buffer tank be installed?
This can be addressed in a complex manner (such as by improving control loops and calculation methods), or it can be handled simply.
We need to address the issue at its source; we can’t just treat the symptoms as they arise
