Does anyone know how to calculate the T*T equivalent of flammable liquids?

Are there any relevant standards?
The molar amount of T*T is calculated by determining the energy released during the combustion of flammable substances, in order to find the explosion energy of the hazardous unit. The exothermic value of T*T is taken as 4500 kJ/kg, and its molar mass is 227.13 kg/kmol. Using these values, the molar amount of explosive chemicals present in various locations can be determined in terms of TNT (T*T).
