Dear friends from Sichuan, let’s share our respective consumption figures: electricity consumption for electrolytes, consumption of alkali, consumption of sodium carbonate, consumption of sodium sulfite, salt consumption, and acid consumption. This will help us identify areas for improvement and reduce consumption.
Also, please provide the annual production volume and the number of employees working on shifts.
If you have time, please upload it so that those in Sichuan can compare and identify areas for improvement, thereby further enhancing the performance of chlor-alkali plants.

What is the scale of your factory? How long have you been using ion exchange membranes? Do you have PVC production facilities?
This power consumption only occurs at the beginning of driving, right?
In the early stages of driving, the power consumption should not exceed 2100 KWH; I can’t remember what it was for us specifically.

I checked that the power consumption at the beginning of driving was 5 KA/m2, while the AC power consumption was around 2120; it rose to 2150 after a short while, and reached around 2200 after 8 months. If it is below 2100, it is all during periods of low load.
At a current density of 5.56 in our company, the power consumption for the electrolyte is 2360 kwh/t, while the salt consumption is 1.51 t/t.
