Anti-freezing of lithium bromide refrigerators in winter

Winter is approaching, and I would like to ask all of you for advice: How can we prevent the idle lithium bromide chiller from freezing during winter? What measures should be taken? Thank you!
Indoor installation or outdoor? Outside, we usually release the water and open the end cap to blow out the water inside the pipe. For indoor use, a heater is sufficient.
It mainly relates to the cooling water system. The valves in the cooling water pipeline should remain open to maintain water flow.
