How to open the hardware diagnostic screen on Centum VP

Does anyone know how to open the hardware diagnosis screen from the System View in the Yokogawa Centum VP system in order to check for any hardware issues? And if there is a problem with a certain piece of hardware, how can one determine exactly where the issue lies? It would be great if there were any manuals on this topic. Thank you!
