When installing the instruments, do you pre-drill holes first while laying the pipes below? Should holes be made in the pipe after it has been installed, or beforehand? Making more holes will cause debris to accumulate inside the pipe. When using pre-drilled holes or tees, is the distance from the thermometer flange to the flange surface 150? How do I handle threaded connections? Vehicle threaded tube? Just one year into learning design, I was given a major project involving the on-site installation of process pipelines. . . . . . . I increasingly feel that what I’ve learned isn’t enough. I hope the experts here will kindly share their insights~!!~
For those that are pre-treated in advance after prefabrication, the corresponding nozzles must be welded first; for those that do not require heat treatment, this step can be done either first or later, with the latter being more common.

I was in contact with 2nd Chemical Construction and 10th Chemical Construction a long time ago. They are all very skilled at their work. It is prefabricated directly based on the single-line diagram, resulting in fewer welds on site. By then, the instrument nozzles had already been prefabricated. For instruments, there are specialized instrument tapered tube thread fittings, which are different from those used in process applications. This is a standard component available on the market.
You need to know that in China, there are many cases of companies operating under false pretenses. Also, if the construction costs are low, it’s impossible to expect high quality from such work; it’s not recommended to start such projects yet.
