About manufacturers of molten sulfur pumps

Dear sea friends, which pump manufacturer in China is capable of producing melt sulfur pumps and uses them on a large scale? Thank you!
The intermediate pumps and sulfur purification pumps used in our facility for fluid bed filtration are all manufactured by Kunming Jiahe. Practice has shown that they have a very low failure rate, offer high production efficiency, and are reliable.
It’s not for advertising, right? We also have a melt pump that breaks down frequently; we’re considering replacing it with a new one and will keep an eye on the situation
I checked the website of this pump manufacturer, and they produce vertical liquid sulfur pumps suitable for molten liquid sulfur at temperatures ranging from 135°C to 145°C. But I haven’t really heard much about this pump factory. Are there any more well-known manufacturers? A few years ago, there were many sulfur recovery units in China, and all of them should have had such liquid sulfur melting pumps. Those who have used imported liquid sulfur pumps from abroad can also share their experiences.
I found on the Internet that both Jiangsu Longli Pump Valve Company and Jiangsu Feiyue Pump Group produce liquid sulfur pumps, but I haven’t had much contact with these two pump manufacturers; they don’t seem to be very well-known. I just got in touch with Dalian Deep Blue; they manufacture a large number of vertical liquid sulfur pumps. It was found that foreign pump manufacturers such as Peerless can also do it. Almost none of the pump manufacturers mentioned above produce horizontal pumps. Deep Blue has done it, but there is no dedicated pump model; it’s simply a design that adds a steam jacket to an ordinary horizontal pump, and the volume of business related to this approach isn’t very large. Horizontal molten sulfur pumps are rarely used, so most manufacturers have not developed this type of pump specifically. Many manufacturers in Dalian are capable of doing this; it is not recommended to use pump manufacturers from the south. Most liquid sulfur pumps are vertical, with few being horizontal, mainly due to a sealing issue. Previously, trying a secondary impeller plus packing seal didn’t yield good results, and the mechanical seal also did not have a long service life~
Dalian Huaneng said they would not produce horizontal models, and Deep Blue has only a few units in its inventory. What other pump manufacturers are there in Dalian? Horizontal pumps are rarely used in process design; vertical pumps are employed in liquid sulfur tanks or vessels.
Huaneng has used horizontal models before, but after numerous modifications, the machine seals kept leaking. You need to understand that the leakage issue with horizontal sulfur pumps cannot be resolved by the pump manufacturer; therefore, it is advisable for you to modify the process design instead~
