Dear experts from Haichuan: Our original catalytic units did not come equipped with heat exchangers of the baffle-type. In this new project, some of the heat exchangers are of this baffle-type. Have you encountered any failures or problems when using baffle-type heat exchangers? What kind of problems are they? What should be kept in mind during the maintenance cycle? Mm! There are many advantages to checking relevant information – almost no disadvantages at all! The scaling condition is also excellent! I just don’t know how it works in use? If there is less scaling, then the corrosion resistance of the tube bundle made from the same material is likely to be greater than that of traditional baffle plates, right?
