As the title suggests, the company doesn’t require it – it’s up to the individual whether to take the exam or not. *aotaiyang
It’s a senior engineer, right? As long as there is sufficient hardware, solid work experience, and the company isn’t particularly competitive, it can definitely be done in one go
To meet the policy requirements, one needs to have good grades.
