For the renewal of the certification for pressure vessel design firms, under the Rules for Licensing the Design of Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipelines, does the requirement that more than 50% of the design staff meet certain criteria include 50% itself? I know the explanations for common issues regarding licensing rules, but it’s not clear whether 50% is included or not
““Over 50%” does not include 50%; “50% or more” includes 50%
I heard from everyone that it’s the official version; I downloaded it for study. It seems that the design responsibilities under the new version of the specifications are increasing, and future design documents will require more details to be provided :L
