What is everyone’s salary during the probation period at work? We’re 700
The last edit to this post was made by ylb913 on 2016-10-22 at 08:24. There are two ways for practical training: one is to carry it out in a company before graduating from vocational school (this was the method used in our factory; it’s not allowed anymore now, but those who used this approach were eventually hired formally). In our case, the payment for this was 800. Second is those who were formally hired; during the year before they became full-time employees, the amount was over 2,000.
The amount of salary during the internship period doesn’t matter much, especially when one hasn’t yet obtained a graduation certificate. Once a formal position is assigned and the employee becomes permanent, the salary will be added. Don’t think that just because some people earn high salaries these days, tens of thousands at that, it’s all achieved overnight. It’s the result of gradual progress over time.
As required, the actual salary is 80% of the regular salary; the regular salary is the minimum wage agreed upon during the initial interview, with no limits on further career advancement. So for those 800, you asked for 1000 back during the interview:Q
Before graduation, the salary was around 600-900 in recent years; once you start working at a company after graduation, it’s around 2000
I guess this poster is doing some kind of graduation project, similar to what was mentioned in the news last time
Those are full-time employees; part-time employees are also considered full-time employees, but college students who work part-time are not
For students at school, it’s already good enough if they get paid… Those I’ve seen usually don’t receive any compensation
