As title. The design institute said that the gas pressure of the LNG gasification path (about 3.0Mpa) and the pipeline gas (4.0Mpa) cannot share a pressure regulating pry. It is said that it is afraid that when pipeline gas is used, natural gas may escape to the LNG path. But I think that with various valves (such as ball valves, shut-off valves, check valves, etc.), wouldn't this problem be solved? Is this design institute (Shanghai Gas Design and Research Institute) too conservative? If we do not combine the two gas sources, in addition to the pressure regulating skid required for the LNG gasification station, we will also need to set up a separate pressure regulating station for the pipeline gas, which wastes equipment and space (both stations require a safe distance. . ).
