Sulfur deposition has occurred in the sulfur unit

I read in some materials that if sulfur deposition occurs in the reactor, one of the solutions is to use superheated steam for purging after shutting down the reactor. I wonder if anyone has used this method? Is this method feasible? Please participate actively in the discussion – it will earn you extra points!
It is not possible to use superheated steam for purging; the temperature of the steam is related to its pressure. When the pressure in the recovery unit is low, the latent heat of the steam is limited, resulting in insufficient effectiveness. Inert gas purging should be used.
