It is made of conventional cast iron; most motors, without any specific brand requirements, can be supplied promptly. If stainless steel is required, the delivery time is approximately 30–45 days. The water ring vacuum pump used in the turbine condensing system requires a high level of vacuum (evacuation pressure < 10-12 kPa(a)). We are using a 2SK two-stage model; can a 2BE model be used as a substitute? Also, to check whether the impeller is corroded and to recheck the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate, it is necessary to remove the PTFE valve plate; only this hole can be used. The 2SK pumps differ from 2BE pumps in two main ways: the 2SK pumps have a more complex structure, allowing them to maintain a high pumping capacity at low vacuum levels, whereas the 2BE pumps cannot do this. However, the 2BE series has a simpler structure, making it easier to maintain. If you want to check the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate, you can view it through the observation window cover on the suction side of the pump; there is a larger crescent-shaped hole there, with nothing blocking the view, making it easier to see.
Can a water ring pump pump a mixture of water and gas, with some 40-degree condensed water entrained in the gas?
