Based on the filtration precision specified by the customer in microns, how can one determine how many fine filters are needed to achieve the maximum allowable pressure drop?
Each filter element is different; they are all determined based on data curves obtained from experiments, with manufacturers using those curves to make decisions.
The filter element is primarily selected based on flow rate; as long as the outlet flow meets the requirements of the production line, the pressure drop will naturally be sufficient.
