What are the differences between designing aluminum containers and stainless steel containers? I used to draw stainless steel/carbon steel components, but now I’m dealing with an aluminum container. Are there any differences in the design process? I’d appreciate some guidance from you

There’s no difference really; it’s just that the materials are different and the technical requirements vary, nothing special. The biggest difference is that stainless steel or aluminum containers do not require painting, while carbon steel does
Specifications, materials, welding processes, joint coefficients, manufacturing inspections, non-destructive testing, no heat treatment required, not suitable for flame cutting, design temperature is not very high

Well, I have no idea whatsoever about aluminum containers – I’m not familiar with the various standards, materials, flanges, etc. I also don’t know if their thickness is the same as that of stainless steel. Do you have a template for a simple vertical aluminum container? Mine is a flat-cone type DN3200
So what material is generally used for aluminum containers?
Could you be a bit more specific? I understand what you mean, but I don’t know the exact figures. Could you tell me a little more?
