The projects we are currently working on involve vibration and infrared testing, which are carried out on a regular basis, but the depth of these efforts is not sufficient.
In fact, the maintenance personnel in the chemical industry are all practicing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to improve the safe utilization rate of equipment, reduce accident rates, and lower maintenance costs
At least from our factory’s perspective, it seems there’s still a long way to go! In fact, many testing and inspection activities have been carried out, but they lack a systematic structure; there are no clear short-term results
