Fog mainly relies on the wind

Mist relies mainly on the wind, while stocks rely mainly on luck. Transportation relies mainly on walking, and communication relies mainly on shouting. In cold weather, one relies on shaking to stay warm; in daily life, one relies on one’s hands.
So they complain about those who are greening the desert, saying the wind has weakened.
