Winter anti-freezing protection

Our plant is a delayed coking unit. Do the low-pressure nitrogen lines and purge air lines in the plant need to be protected against freezing in winter? The external temperature can drop to around -15°C. If protection is necessary, how should it be carried out?
Under normal conditions, there is no need to prevent freezing of the purge air and nitrogen in winter.
The nitrogen line does not require anti-freezing measures; for the purified air line, it is possible to slightly open the vent valve to allow condensation to escape, thereby preventing water from causing malfunctions in the control valves.
No nitrogen is needed; regular venting and drainage are required for purification
